If we turn your idea into an article that is published in a future issue of Constructive Advice, you could win a $100 gift certificate to a restaurant of your choice.

Rules and Restrictions:

Please follow these guidelines for eligibility:

1. Submitted ideas must be detailed and be a minimum of 75 words in length.
2. Ideas must support the publication mission:
1. Provide educational value
2. Target facility managers or building owners
3. Cover facility design, construction, engineering, or financing issues
4. Appeal to the education, hospitality, industrial, and/or commercial markets in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and/or Delaware (Note: Submissions need not be market-specific, providing the topic is of interest to those in the target markets.)
3. Each published article is limited to one gift certificate award. In the event that multiple submissions occur for a single topic, the first person to submit the idea will receive the gift certificate. If more than one idea is used for a single article, a random drawing of all persons whose idea(s) were used for the article will be held, and one winner will be selected.
