Lancaster, PA (November 17, 2005) — Matthew D. Twomey has been appointed President of High Construction Company, an affiliate of High Real Estate Group. In this role, Mr. Twomey is responsible for the strategic and operational growth objectives of High Construction Company, and the broader goals of High Real Estate Group.
A resident of Harrisburg, Mr. Twomey has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently as owner of a firm that provided construction services for clients in Harrisburg and Hershey, Pennsylvania. Mr. Twomey holds a Bachelor Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
Ronald J. Fox, Jr., has been promoted to Vice President - Estimating with High Construction Company. A resident of Strasburg, Mr. Fox joined High Construction Company in 1997, most recently serving as Manager of Estimating. Mr. Fox holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Drexel University, and he is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.
Robert P. Walsh has been promoted to Vice President - Project Management with High Construction Company. A resident of Akron, Mr. Walsh joined High Construction Company in 1997, most recently serving as Director of Project Management. A Professional Engineer, Mr. Walsh holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Darden School of the University of Virginia.
