LANCASTER, PA—High Construction Company completed construction of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia/Valley Forge located at 681 Shannondell Bldv., Audubon, Pa. The extended-stay hotel is owned by Audubon Hotels, LLC.

The 112,000-square-foot, five-story hotel features 123 residential-style studio and one-bedroom suites with separate living areas and fully-equipped kitchens. Other property amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool, more than 900-square-feet of meeting space, and a lodge-like public area. The unique exterior combines a stepped-up stone façade with EIFS, and false chimneys.

This is the 150th hotel of this national brand of the upscale all-suite, residential-style hotels to open.

Greenfield Architects Ltd. of Lancaster, Pa., designed the hotel.
