LANCASTER, PA–High Construction Company completed the interior renovation work to convert the old Alcoa facility in Lebanon, Pa., into a plant for Lebanon, PA-based High Concrete Innovations, LLC.

High Construction renovated 90,000-square-feet of the 750,000-square-foot structure which houses High Industries' newest start-up operation, High Concrete Innovations, LLC. The new operation focuses almost exclusively on revolutionary CarbonCast™ architectural and insulated wall panels and multi-unit residential systems. The facility features the first carousel production process of its kind in the country, which enhances manufacturing efficiency and the quality of products produced. And, the facility also serves as the base for High's precast concrete research and development initiatives.
