Twomey started his career in construction more than 25 years
ago. His experience covers an array of leadership roles, from
directly managing projects for a variety of building types
to starting up, developing, and managing his own construction
firm. Mr. Twomey offers expertise and insight in construction
management, design-build, and general contracting. He earned
a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The
Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Mr. Twomey
recently joined High Construction as President. |

Michel Gibeault has more than
30 years of experience in the design and construction industries.
After working for an engineering firm and then practicing
architecture for several years, Mr. Gibeault joined High
Construction, where he has worked for the past 19 years
in various leadership roles, from architectural design and
operations management, to his current role in business development.
He has been sought out for comments by national publications
such as Hotel
& Motel Management, as well as authored articles
that appeared in Area
Development, Amercian
School & University, Lodging
Hospitality, Central
Pennsylvania Business Journal, and Lancaster
Business2Busines. Mr. Gibeault is a registered
architect in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. He has an associate’s
degree in construction management from State University
of New York at Delhi, and a bachelor of architecture degree
from The Boston Architectural Center. |

Frank Fox has 18 years of
experience in architecture for a variety of facility types,
including commercial, manufacturing, distribution, hotels,
and education facilities. He has lead the design efforts
for a variety of facilities, such as Bosch’s 212,000
s.f., headquarters and manufacturing center in Lancaster,
PA; Acme’s 1.4 million s.f. distribution center in
Dallas, PA; several hotels for the Hilton and Marriott flags;
and a variety of private and charter school facilities.
Mr. Fox is a graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology,
Chicago, IL. He is a registered architect in Pennsylvania,
Illinois, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts,
Delaware, Florida, Virginia, and West Virginia. |
