Gibeault has more than 30 years of experience in the design and
construction industries. After working for an engineering firm
and then practicing architecture for several years, Mr. Gibeault
joined High Construction, where he has worked for the past 19
years in various leadership roles, from architectural design and
operations management, to his current role in business development.

Mumper has 25 years of operational experience, including building
construction, building management, and energy consulting. He has
been involved in over $30 million worth of energy management projects
for private institutions and State Agencies. Mike has made presentations
on energy and facilities to many organizations such as as Keystone
Association of Physical Plant Administrators (KAPPA), Pennsylvania
State System of Higher Education (PASSHE), Eastern Region of National
Association of College and University Business Officers (EACUBO),
American College, and University President’s Climate Commitment
(ACUPCC), and others. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in environmental
resource management from The Pennsylvania State University. He
is a member of AEE CPA (Association
of Energy Engineers, Central PA Chapter) and is has earned
a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) designation from

headquarters and manufacturing center in Lancaster, PA; Acme’s
1.4 million s.f. distribution center in Dallas, PA; several hotels
for the Hilton and Marriott flags; and a variety of private and
