High Construction was founded in 1978 when High Industries Inc. purchased the firm of Lantz Builders, a Lancaster-based general contractor that had been servicing the growing construction needs of High Industries for many years. This acquisition provided the infrastructure that would become High Construction, and was a key step in the formation of Central Pennsylvania’s largest full-service real estate organization, High Real Estate Group LLC.

Since that time, High Construction has grown to be one of the premier construction companies in the mid-Atlantic region, servicing manufacturing, processing, distribution, commercial/office, education, hospitality, and health care customers.
