Matthew (Matt) D. Twomey President Mr. Twomey leads the construction efforts of High Construction. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He offers 25 years of industry experience, including management and leadership of architectural, engineering, pre-construction, and construction teams.
	Michel L. Gibeault, AIA Vice President of Business Development Mr. Gibeault develops business partnerships for High Construction and has guided more than 75 clients through project planning. During his 35-plus year career, Mr. Gibeault has worked on the client-side as director of development; as an architect and director of operations for an architectural firm; and as vice president of operations for a construction/architecture firm. He has an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management from State University of New York at Delhi, and a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Boston Architectural Center.
	Robert (Bob) P. Walsh, PE, LEED-AP Vice President of Project Management Mr. Walsh leads the project management team for High Construction. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Virginia, and more than 20 years of construction experience.
	Deron C. Henise Director of Estimating Mr. Henise leads the estimating team for High Construction. He has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Temple University; and an Associate’s degree in Architectural Technology from Thaddeus Stevens State School of Technology. He has over 15 years of experience in construction estimating and project management.
	Kevin M. Miduri Vice President of Field Operations Mr. Miduri leads the field operation team for High Construction. He provides labor and equipment resources, manages skill and safety training, and ensures job-site quality control and safety compliance. Mr. Miduri brings more than 28 years of construction experience to your project. Mr. Miduri is an honor graduate and decorated veteran from the United States Army.
