Matthew (Matt) D. Twomey President Mr. Twomey leads the construction efforts of High Construction. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He offers 25 years of industry experience, including management and leadership of architectural, engineering, pre-construction, and construction teams.
	Michel L. Gibeault, AIA Vice President of Business Development Mr. Gibeault develops business partnerships for High Construction. He has an Associate’s degree in construction management from State University of New York at Delhi, and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Boston Architectural Center. His solid background in architectural design and construction is a tremendous asset to customers at the onset of project planning.
	Robert (Bob) P. Walsh, PE Vice President of Project Management Mr. Walsh leads the project management team for High Construction. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Virginia, and more than 15 years of construction experience.
	Kevin M. Miduri General Superintendent Mr. Miduri leads the field operation team for High Construction. He provides labor and equipment resources, manages skill and safety training, and ensures job-site quality control and safety compliance. Mr. Miduri brings more than 21 years of construction experience to your project. Most recently he was president and chief operating officer for a Harrisburg-based millwork company. He also previously worked as a project manager for two Harrisburg-based construction firms. Mr. Miduri is an honor graduate and decorated veteran from the United States Army.
